Excellent Location with Historic Charm

I appreciated the prime location near notable sites. The building has historic character. The staff offered assistance with luggage as there isn't a lift.
The wallpaper had damage in places.

the staff was nice and friendly.
i woke up itching one night thinking that i might have a mosquito in the room, but I found bed bugs running over the white sheets. the receptionist shrugged it off as a typical problem.

The location was quite close to many attractions. The staff were very nice and kind. They would help carry bags (this was very helpful).
The room was small and the entrance door almost hit the bed. The bed was also very small (this was a tight squeeze). The view of notre dame was only partial.
